A defensive publication is handled with a one-time publication fee of € 390, including a qualified eSeal with a timestamp under eIDAS, DOI registration, and seven years of archiving with an option to extend. A convenience fee is charged for archive downloads.

Sealed document

Your PDF with a Proofbox title page, a qualified electronic seal and a timestamp under eIDAS. The seal validates in Adobe Acrobat and Reader without any configuration.

DOI / Permanent identity

Your publication receives a persistent DOI under ISO 26324. It can be cited permanently and referenced unambiguously.

Seven years of logged availability

The availability of your document is checked continuously and logged. The log can be retrieved per document, we notify you before expiry, and an extension is possible.

In addition, you receive prepared metadata, a dedicated URL and dissemination through the RSS feed. The metadata is findable, the full text stays behind the access barrier.

Publish without a payment step:You upload and publish immediately. Invoicing is collective, at agreed intervals such as quarterly.
Conditions as agreed:The price per publication and the invoicing interval are set individually with you and apply to every publication on the account.
Extendable to further people:Additional addresses can be added at any time. All publications are then brought together in one place and remain assigned to the account.
